If they arrive broken, blame the carrier and not PCS

My customers have loved these jars a lot more than I expected. I ordered 4 cases for a Christmas market a couple weeks ago - all 48 arrived in perfect condition. Regarding the 1 star review below, it's silly to blame PCS for glass breaking during transit. File a claim with the carrier or email PCS - their customer service is great!
