I placed an order on the 26th, paid for 2 day shipping. Got an email that states my package will be delivered on the 31st, (which is longer than 2 day shipping). Here it is the 31st at 9pm and I have not received my shipment. Tried reaching out to customer service and did not receive a response. This is my first time dealing with this company, and unfortunately, I'm not planning on doing any more business with them again.
