Comes in flake form, available in 10lb bag or 45 lb box.

Melting point: 115-119 F

Allowable Fragrance: Max 12%/ 2oz per lb

Pour Temperature: 135 F +/- 5 degrees

Never received

I never received my package it says it was delivered 4 days ago i’ve been checking every hour since then and still nothing i’ve emailed customer service a total of ten times and only ever got 1 response just saying to wait 2 days and after 2 days i emailed again and still have yet to receive a response!!
